How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. All you need to do is:
- Find a product(s) you like.
- Add them to your cart by clicking the add to cart button and when you’ve finished go to the cart.
- Click on the Check out button and fill in your details accordingly. Be sure to put your details in accurately, taking particular care to use 0 as zero or the letter O correctly.
- Once you’ve finished you’ll receive an order number and notification of your order via email.
How can I pay for my items? Do you accept any other payment methods?
You can pay for your order with all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express).
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes as long as you contact me before the item is posted. In most cases you'll be able to cancel your order through the 'My Account' page on this site. If you have any problems, you can always contact me and I’ll try to sort it out for you
If the order has been despatched then you shall have to wait until the order arrives and send it back to us at your expense. Please see the terms and conditions for details of our returns policy.
Do I need to be registered with you to place an order?

Where is my order? Can I track my order?
When you order has been despatched you shall be sent an email to say so. Any queries please contact me at katie@gothlings.co.uk
Do you gift wrap?
No. We don’t offer a gift wrapping service at present.
Do you offer discount for corporate purchases and bulk buying?
No, sorry at the moment I can’t make enough products to allow for bulk buying
Delivery Information/When will my order be delivered?
Every Gothlings order will be posted within 48hours of the order. This is not the time in which the item will arrive.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 working days of your order please contact me at katie@gothlings.co.uk
I have received the wrong items. What shall I do?
Send the incorrect item back with it’s invoice and I shall send you the correct item out.
What is your delivery cost?
For UK mainland delivery, the charge is £2.00 for the first item and then an additional 20p for each additional item.
Do you offer Worldwide Delivery?
Not yet but contact me and we can see if we can sort something out
Returns Information I need to return an item. What is your returns policy?

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We aim to refund products within 3 working days of their arrival. However, some refunds may take longer than 3 days.
Do I have to pay to send the return back to gothlings?
If your order is not faulty then you will need to pay for the return. If, however, you have received a faulty product we shall pay you a reasonable amount for the return of the product.
My order has a faulty item. What should I do?
If your item is faulty then please email us stating how the item is faulty and your order number. We will then issue a returns number and give you the correct returns address
Technical Information: Is shopping safe with gothlings.co.uk online?
The short answer is yes, very safe.
The longer answer is that we use industry standard secure certificates (SSL) to encrypt all data you send us during the shopping cart process. This information is stored securely, and only accessible by Gothlings to let us process your order.
We use Nochex - a specialist payment service provider to process your credit/debit card information. Nochex are industry leaders in payment processing and security is paramount.
